
Hi, I’m Paige. I’m a wife, mother, and cancer survivor.
During my battle with cancer I studied and researched the healing properties of plants and food. I’ve learned that how I treat my body and what I choose to put in it are key contributors to my overall wellbeing. I don’t count calories or macronutrients, and I don’t follow a keto regimen or any other specific diet. I simply eat real food and strive to have a balanced lifestyle.
This site is a way for me to share my experience, research, and recipes with others. My hope is to help those going through similar health challenges as well as those just seeking a healthier life.
